The Delta Middle for Economic Progress (DCED), on the campus of Arkansas State University, will host an entrepreneurship teaching sequence in April.
The three-aspect series will start out on April 11, with “A Conversation with Paul Guess.” Guess, president and CEO of Guess and Firm, is an Arkansas Delta entrepreneur.
“He will share the story of acquiring his Arkansas Delta-primarily based firm and how it has served his hometown of Des Arc. Paul and his organization are shining examples of the entrepreneurial spirit,” claimed Dr. Cliff Jones, assistant director of DCED.
On April 18, DCED will host Clint Vogus, instructor in management at the Neil Griffin Higher education of Business enterprise, with “Entrepreneurship Fundamentals.” With over 25 yrs of encounter, Vogus helps in a consulting position for modest corporations and begin-ups with DCED.
The ultimate session will be held on April 25, and the theme is “Resources for Business owners.” It will attribute a panel dialogue like reps from East Arkansas Organizing and Development District, Arkansas Compact Organization Technology and Progress Centre and Arkansas Funds Corporation.
