CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WBOY) — A female died Thursday just after staying hit by a car in Jefferson County, West Virginia.
In accordance to a press release from the West Virginia Section of Transportation (DOT), the female was a flagger for the design corporation that was functioning on the U.S. 340 widening job with the DOT.
